Located in the vibrant heart of Manhattan, Avenues New York faced a significant logistical challenge: managing the entry and exit of its 2,000 students on one of the city’s busiest avenues. This situation not only slowed down the daily flow, but also raised growing concerns about the safety of students and guardians. In this pulsating and challenging scenario, the need for an effective solution became evident.

With a large student community and a campus located in a New York City hotspot, Avenues faced three interconnected problems: significant daily traffic jams, complex logistics for accommodating parents and guardians, and, consequently, a latent concern for safety. These factors combined to create an environment where efficiency and safety needed urgent improvement.

The revolution came with the introduction of School Guardian into everyday school life, an innovation designed to optimize the process of getting students in and out. This system not only streamlined the flow, but also reinforced security, guaranteeing a more controlled and safer environment for students, staff and guardians.

The change has been remarkable. The time taken to sign students out has been reduced to just 15 to 20 minutes, a testament to the success of the School Guardian implementation.
